Neil grew up in Silicon Valley, in the midst of the huge tech boom that took place, raised by parents who were active buying and selling real estate. Hence it became second nature to want to do so himself. He has worked in many fields, ranging from owning several restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, to licensed insurance agent, to retail trainer for Apple, Inc., which has taught him the importance of hard work, relationships and integrity. Neil moved to Elk Grove in 2008 and currently owns and operates a local restaurant. He also speaks fluent Vietnamese.

In his spare time, he enjoys family and friends, his dogs, snowboarding, camping, hiking, kayaking, the beach and anything else outdoors! He also makes time to volunteer with local homeless organizations, nature preservations, and animal rescue groups.
