I truly believe that everyone can make a difference. Ive been able to work with an organization that puts Veterans into free homes. Having lived in Wilton since 1975, I am well acquainted with the lifestyle in the area. The area is close to Sacramento and yet out far enough to allow us all to have plenty of privacy. Good land with great water wells make it very easy to have horses on your own property. Land prices are still low enough so that you can either purchase undeveloped land and build your home your way or buy an existing home on five, ten or twenty acres. There are even larger tracks of land for those who wish to really spread out.
I wouldn't trade this lifestyle for any other. I love driving my Belgian horses. Riding is a real family activity in this area. The 4H Club is big in the Wilton area and the young people can't wait to see who is going to win the next blue ribbon. Come on over and see how well you will fit into this rural lifestyle -- I'll be happy to show you around.

A California native, Keith was born and raised in Pinole, about 10 miles north of Berkeley. After high school, he began working for Kelly-Moore Paint Company where he spent 12 years in various positions from retail sales clerk to store management. He was an expert color matcher (this was before computer color matching) and earned the certified paint pro designation. It was here that Keith learned the value of customer service. During his time with Kelly-Moore, he earned his BA (summa cum laude) in Pastoral Studies and Christian Education from Patten College in Oakland, CA.
Changing direction, and having been fascinated with technology from an early age, Keith left the paint industry for a job in embedded systems programming. However, that soon transitioned into a position where he would spend the next 17 years maintaining both the data and physical databases for the public transit arm of the San Francisco Bay Area’s 511.org system. He went back to school to pursue studies in Computer Science, and afterward Keith and his family moved to Elk Grove in 2004 where he managed to telecommute until the project’s end in 2016. More than just a job, Keith says it felt more like a mission to have such an instrumental role in providing a service relied upon by tens of thousands of SF Bay Area residents and visitors each month. It was this same sense of mission and purpose that led to Keith to acquire a real estate license in 2017.
Keith enjoys spending time with family, taking long walks, sharing coffee with friends, attending church, cooking, reading, and gaming. He does volunteer work and fundraising for Relay for Life (the American Cancer Society) and Elk Grove Food Bank. Keith does not think of real estate as a job in sales, but rather a personal, consulting relationship that extends beyond any home purchase or home sale; a relationship that often begins just by caring and listening. As a cancer survivor, he has a special sensitivity for clients with past or current health issues. If you’re thinking of buying or selling a home, especially in or around the Elk Grove area, give Keith a call today.
“To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity” – Douglas Adams.
I have over 10 years in the Real Estate business. I have been licensed since 2013 but started my career journey as an office aid at M&M Real Estate, then worked to the Accounting Department, to Office Manger and now as an Agent. Working in so many areas in the Real estate business has taught me how important it is to work with a team that really does help each other. M&M Real Estate has taught me how I want to be treated wherever I go. They pride themselves on putting the customer first and instill that dedication in each of its agents.
When I am not working I love to travel, try new foods, relax and read a book and just enjoy life each and every day.

I joined the M&M team in 2016 after managing my own business for 25 years. I had known Kirk and Robin for several years prior and realized they operated their business very much like I had my own. Hands on, making sure the client's interest was foremost and their satisfaction was most important.

Allegra grew up in Happy Valley, California, which is just outside of Redding. She moved to Sacramento in 2002 after getting accepted into the Highway Patrol Academy. Allegra immediately fell in love with the Elk Grove area and bought her first house in 2004. The Highway Patrol ended up with doing a 2 year hiring freeze, which changed Allegra's career direction.
Allegra is now working at M&M Real Estate as a sale associate with plans to take her Real Estate Exam in the near future.
In her down time Allegra enjoys all the Elk Grove has to offer; the dog parks, the Elk Grove Farmers Market, Harvest Festival, etc.
I was born and raised in Elk Grove and I lived in the house I grew up in. I started working for M&M Real Estate when I was 20 years old and have bounced around the office filling in all the odds and ends job to help ensure things kept running smoothly. When I moved away I continued to work from a distance with various jobs. I love working for M&M Real Estate because they have taken such good care of my family and me even though we are far away.
With having 2 young kids I don’t have a lot of spare time that is my own, but when there is time I love to sew and read any book I can get my hands on. My kids are involved in sports and swimming and general mayhem but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I am seriously invested in Game of Thrones and Wonder Women.
